Female Athletes International (FAI),
dedicates the annual training camp to female athletes and coaches around the world.
We come together to learn, have good competition with each other, and be trained by top Coaches, Olympians, and current National Team Members!
One of our main goals during this annual camp is the synergistic growth of the female Taekwondo athlete, both mentally and physically! The camp develops the total athlete, not just competitive techniques. Athletes 13+ in age will have the opportunity to challenge themselves in a constructive atmosphere and to explore and expand their limits in a safe environment.
Coaches will have the option of training with the athletes. We suggest bringing your notebook and being ready to record training techniques, drills, and many leadership opportunities to take back to your own school. There will be time available to review videos with FAI Camp Coaches to study competitive techniques, ask questions and improve your knowledge of the game.
Your positive reflection of this camp will be long lived as you will experience
a very positive atmosphere, enthusiastic campers, and a well-equipped training area--all dedicated to you in the ultimate spirit of Taekwondo.
